While fighting to allow Non-Lethals Systemwide in Louisiana, Lucas LeJeune identified that students heavily supported the end of mandated housing and meal plans systemwide. Students should be able to use their money where they want, when they want without having to give a reason. Lucas amassed over 1,000 signatures on top of his 1,600 he was gathering for Non-Lethal Self Defense. Lucas plans to deliver the student support alongside his Non-Lethals signatures at an upcoming board meeting.
