Lyle Uhrich and Thomas Ramsey (TJ) identified a poorly worded pepper spray policy at Lindsay Wilson. They got right to work, amassing 300 signatures quickly on their small campus of 3,100 students.

The SGA took notice and attempted to claim that pepper spray was already allowed, resulting in a meeting with the Dean of Students. During the meeting, the Dean insisted pepper spray was allowed. During these discussions, Lyle insisted that the policy was vague and was challenged to show evidence of other schools with an explicit policy that shows pepper spray is allowed.

After connecting with SRC, Lyle returned to the admins with a list of multiple private and public schools with specific carve outs to show students can defend themselves with pepper spray. On 6/12, the Dean agreed to change the policy on campus, resulting in a massive SRC victory
