Working with the Student Rights Team the members of the YAL Chapter at the University of Louisiana Lafayette initiated their petition dedicated to working to change a overreaching policy on their campus the school currently prohibits the use of Tasers on their campus.

The YAL chapter using their training mobilized quickly and gathered over a hundred signatures in their first three hours of petitioning the chapter energized from their win last year against the vaccine mandate knows exactly what it takes to change policy on a grassroots level. After hearing of this progress in the dead of night the admins changed the policy in an attempt to avoid confrontation from the local YAL chapter.
