Ball State: Freedom Day experience

The YAL chapter at Ball State University saw a great opportunity to promote free speech on our campus. We decided what better way to support freedom then to collect donations for veterans.

The donations collected went straight to our regions Homeless Veterans Fund. We raised 47 dollars and 19 cents for the charity. This is a huge milestone because even though we are small in number we can make a big impact on some veteran’s life. We did this in conjunction with the film screen because they are the ones who gave us that right to free speech.

We are excited for what the future holds for our young chapter and can’t wait to continue to spread the message of liberty on our campus.
