Binghampton Protest and YAL Draw Press Attention

Accompanying an article entitled “‘Tea parties’ to protest government spending” is this photo of YAL’s State Chairman for New York, Trevor Leach. The photo’s caption explained:

Trevor Leach, New York State chairman of Young Americans for Liberty and a member of the Binghamton Campaign for Liberty, is co-organizing a tax day tea party in front of the Washington Avenue post office in Endicott to protest reckless spending and mounting national debt.

The article mentioned several protests happening in the area, and quoted Leach explaining the tax protesters’ “desire to speak out against bailouts, over-spending and the expansion of government.”
