Case in Point: Law of Unintended Consequences

For the past several years, Chinese meteorologists have attempted to control the weather in attempt to alleviate a heavy drought. Today, after they seeded the clouds with chemicals, it started to snow. The wind and the snow were so terrible that it delayed air travel and passenger shipping services off the east coast. Once again, government intervention breeds unexpected results; fortunately this time it wasn’t anything too dangerous.
