Constitution Day at Ursinus

On September 17 at Ursinus College, our YAL chapter tabled and handed out pocket Constitutions. In fact, we distributed almost all of our 150 pocket Constitutions! Unfortunately, we will not be debuting our Free Speech Wall until later this month — Sept. 24.

Even without a wall, we were able to get six new sign-ups and raise awareness about liberty and the Constitution on campus!

We wrote the words CONSTITUTION DAY right in the middle of Olin plaza, where our school receives the most foot traffic! This gave us a reason to talk to passing students about what the Constitution is, and why we are celebrating it. It was a successful day!
