Since our Constitution kit arrived a little after Constitution Week, Fairleigh Dickinson University’s YAL held some events this week.
On Wednesday, we met with a former candidate for the NJ State Senate, as well as a Morris County Republican Committee member, for pizza and political discussion. They gave us insightful information and advice on building our chapter.
On Thursday, the V.P. of the chapter and I attended Montclair State’s YAL Campus Debate. On Friday we set up a table in the student center to distribute flyers and pocket Constitutions. We received a positive response from faculty and students and got five new sign-ups.
