Fall Break Meeting a The Citadel School, South Carolina

The Young Americans for Liberty chapter at The Citadel had a successful meeting on November 6th. As cadets were preparing for Fall Break, the true story of Thanksgiving was discussed. The pilgrims’ failed practice of early socialism produced laziness and starvation. The YAL chapter analyzed how the pilgrims were able to flourish once private property was implemented. As the discussion carried on, cadets enjoyed pizza and drink. Afterwards, the chapter talked about the political arguments that were most expected to pop up during the family Thanksgiving meal.
