For answers to your questions by professionals who know the health care ropes, come to a forum on Tues., Sept. 1 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on the Faulkner University campus. Hosted by Faulkner student group, Young Americans for Liberty, the forum will feature a panel of doctors consisting of Drs. Barton Cook and R. Bob Mullins, Jr. Dr. Cook…opened the first pediatric cardiology practice in central Alabama. Dr. Mullins…has held several service and leadership positions in his many years in the medical field, including serving as President of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama for 2004-2005 and serving on the Alabama Family Practice Rural Health Board from 1990 until 2003. Not only will the panel address the proposed health care legislation and how it will affect the local community, they will answer audience questions about Congress’s prospective health care reform.
