Free Speech returns to Kellogg Community College

Over a year and a half after three YAL activists were arrested for distributing pocket constitutions on campus, YAL at Kellogg Community College is back promoting the First Amendment right to free speech! With the help of our friends Nathan Williamson and Rebekah Beeton from the Leadership Institute, we rolled the free speech ball around campus, handed out pocket constitutions, received dozens of sign-ups from interested students, and told our real fight for free speech story. With the ability to promote liberty and the Constitution threatened on college campuses all across the country, KCC saw a legitimate free speech win earlier this year when the student code was reformed to embrace the first amendment. It was great to be back on campus, and chapter President Shelly Gregoire is excited to Make Liberty Win next semester at KCC!
