Under 18, want to have a voice in your community, but too young to vote or be elected to a position? Not a problem. Junior Councilperson programs like the one I was recently chosen to participate in give young Americans that wish to influence government not only a voice that is clearly heard by the community, but the opportunity to spread our message at a local level.
This article featured me on the front page of the Lifestyles section of a major local newspaper and presented a great opportunity to plug for Young Americans for Liberty.
Every little thing helps. If you are interested and ineligible to vote because of age, do some research, act now and apply for a Junior Council position before a statist beats you to it.Published in
