Good for New Hampshire

While a revival of sorts for states’ rights seems to be occurring in a number of states around the country where marijuana and universal healthcare is concerned, New Hampshire has seen a new bill introduced to its legislature which seeks to “exempt firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition manufactured in New Hampshire from federal law and regulation.”

This sort of thing is great news, indicating that renewed, regular use by the states of the principle of nullification is not a completely unrealistic expectation.  And it makes moving to New Hampshire even more attractive.
