Incarceration Nation at Eastern University

On February 17th, the YAL chapter at Eastern University conducted an Incarceration Nation activism event. We stood outside of Walton Hall for several hours and were able to accumulate 25 signups. We handed out “how to deal with police” cards, pocket constitutions and information on Wheldon Angelos imprisonment.

We took several pictures of people holding up the jail. We talked to them about the drug war, prison population, and plethora of laws that the government thinks that we should abide by.

This was a fun event to be a part of. We hope the chapter will continue to grow into the future. We are excited about spreading the message of liberty at Eastern University.
