Kutztown University Gets Incarcerated

On April 30, 2015 the Young Americans for Liberty Kutztown University Chapter held our Incarceration Nation event on the lawn in front of the Student Union Building. We had prepared for weeks after receiving our kit in the mail, and built our jail cell out of PVC pipe, glue, and spray paint in order to detain unsuspecting students.

We asked students and faculty walking by; “Are you a criminal?” and most found that they were. We had many people, both students and faculty, who supported our cause.

Some students liked what we were doing so much that they helped us table and spread the word of liberty.

We received nearly 70 signups from students who oppose the police state we live in. KU’s first activism event was a wonderful success.
