Last Friday, Young Americans for Liberty at the Ohio State University hosted a BBQ for liberty. An estimated 40 members and passersby attended for free food and conversations about free society. Discussions ranged from introductory libertarianism to Mises and Bastiat.
Perhaps the most exciting event of the night occurred when a traveling string band, The Drunken Catfish Ramblers asked if they could play a few songs for a burger or two. The rest of the cookout took place to the tune of 1930s blues.
Young Americans for Liberty at Ohio State is excited about the coming year, where we will be enthusiastically fighting for the cause of liberty.
