Megan Duffield appointed Rhode Island State Chair

Today we welcome YAL’s newest state chair – Megan Duffield of Rhode Island!

Megan is a 22-year-old liberty activist. She is a senior at the University of Rhode Island where she will graduate in May with a BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. She was born in Minnesota, grew up in Illinois, and moved to Rhode Island a few years ago.

Megan was active with the URI Students for Ron Paul in the 2008 primary season. She also created one of the very first YAL chapters and has held various campus events involving the bailout and political ideologies.

As Rhode Island State Chair, Megan will organize, network, and assist chapters throughout the state of Rhode Island.
