From the White House blog:
There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to email@example.com.
I kind of hope this post gets submitted, along with pages and pages of other information to keep these bureaucrats busy. Of course, if our elected officials can’t be expected to read bills before they pass them, it’s hard to believe that submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org will get read either.
On the other hand, our government seems more and more determined to watch our every move, prying into our supposedly private lives, destroying whatever free market capitalism we have left, and walking roughshod over our rights. And that’s worse than “fishy.”
