Parasite (Congressman) vs Host (Taxpayer)

Congressmen long ago ensured that their massive salaries would appreciate  every year.  This automatic increase is, of course, not contingent to how well the private sector is doing.  But since it is that “greedy” private sector that is made to pay for the extensive, lifelong perks our DC “public servants” enjoy, one would think they’d be a bit humble when talking to a taxpayer.

But in reality, what you often get is arrogance and whining, behavior similar to that of a do-nothing kid spoiled rotten by his parents. This was certainly the case when Barney Frank was hilariously confronted by Kane, regarding Frank’s perceived timidity on moving HR 1207 forward.
