The Southern Oregon University YAL chapter has been doing some recruiting for the past couple weeks. Rebecca from the Leadership Institute came and helped us with tabling.
We passed out several copies of the constitution and asked students whether or not they should be able to sell certain things. In the process, we collected numerous signatures. We also met some interesting people and sparked conversation. People seemed genuinely interested in learning more about YAL and the message of freedom.
We are looking forward to our next meeting and sparking more conversation with students at Southern Oregon University. We also look forward to hosting more events on campus.
