Second Annual Shorter YAL Recruitment Drive

Chapter President Marshall Rawson, VP Nolan Chislett, and Secretary and C4L scholar Allison Miller

Last week Shorter University YAL kicked off our activism-loaded semester with our second annual Recruitment Drive. We were able to engage many new freshman with interest in our chapter and our concealed carry on campus campaign.

This semester, Shorter’s chapter will be vigilantly commencing in a campaign to bring concealed carry to Shorter’s campus. Currently, we have two professor sponsors, a former congressional candidate, and an incumbent congressmen in support of our cause.

Several new students signed up to join the chapter; many more  wrote down their information for future events and meetings; and 42 more signed our concealed carry petition.
