James Holcomb, Washington State Chair; John Richardson, Bellevue College Chapter President; and Katrina Haffner, Western Washington University Vice-Chair, and Campus Coordinator for SFL, were able to represent Washington State at this Years Young American’s for Liberty Convention.
It started out with a leadership summit training at George Mason University, followed the next day by a trip to the Capitol Building to meet with Congressmen Justin Amash and Thomas Massie.
Then it was onto the actual Convention, it was amazing, over 350 youth activists from across the country all in one place joining forces, networking, learning, and growing. The power was evident!
And we couldn’t have done it without our amazing sponsors. Students for Liberty, The Leadership Institute, Americans for Prosperity, and Freedom works, to name a few of the several. The opportunities are endless within our network!
Thank you again to all the sponsors, donors, and YAL staff who made this event the best yet! Next year will even be bigger! #YALCON15
