Despite the actions of President Obama, Senator Obama once spoke out against Presidential overreach when it comes to foreign policy:

The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.

Sen. Rand Paul said he wants the Tea Party to have an influence over who the Republican nominee is in 2012, but that he would not run against his Father.

Rep. Ron Paul won the Republican Liberty Caucus straw poll held at the California State GOP Convention.

Rep. Paul went on NPR NewsElliot Spitzer’s show, Anderson Cooper’s show, Neil Cavuto’s Show, and Judge Andrew Napolitano’s show to talk about Libya.

Rep. Paul also gave two addresses on the Campaign for Liberty YouTube channel regarding Libya.

Rep. Paul was in Iowa speaking to a homeschooling group and explained how the Department of Education indoctrinates children.

Rep. Paul re-introduced the Tax-Free Tips Act.

Rep. Justin Amash called on Congress to immediately reconvene to have a vote on whether to authorize military force in Libya.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich announced he will submit an amendment to the next spending bill to defund operations in Libya.
