Young Americans for Liberty had the opportunity to be a partner organization at the 2013 International Students for Liberty Conference (ISFLC) in Washington, DC this past weekend.
This year’s ISFLC was the largest one yet, with more than 1500 registered attendees, which introduced YAL to many new student activists!
As part of our Free Markets 101 kit, we advertised our giant “Jenganomics” game, which is designed to help students illustrate the flaws of wealth redistribution. The game was a huge hit and was knocked over more times than I could count. It’s popularity at ISFLC 2013 and on campuses nationwide indicates it will be an extremely useful tool for recruiting new members and illustrating free market ideas.
We also prominently featured “Pin the Drone on the War Zone” as part of our Generation of War kit, which intrigued many students who passed by our table:
Saturday evening, we celebrated during Happy Hour at Rocket Bar in Chinatown, just a few blocks away from the conference. We also brought back our extremely popular photo booth this year, complete with props and an unlimited amount of professional photos for ISFLC 2013 attendees:

Thanks again to Students for Liberty, all our amazing breakout session speakers, and the hundreds of pro-liberty students who converged on DC to make an amazing conference weekend!Published in
