New Hampshire Non Lethal Self Defense

In the state of New Hampshire, renowned for its commitment to liberty, public college campuses remain one of the few places where students’ rights to self-defense are restricted.

Many institutions currently have policies that prohibit the use of non-lethal self-defense tools, which compromises the safety and well-being of students, faculty, and staff. To address this critical issue, we call upon the student body and all advocates for liberty to support the legislative initiative through the New Hampshire Non Lethal Campus Defense Bill, introduced by one of YAL’s Hazlitt coalition members.

This bill aims to make it illegal for public college campuses in New Hampshire to ban the possession and use of non-lethal self-defense tools such as pepper spray, stun guns, and Tasers.

By signing this petition, you will help send a strong message to our legislators that the rights to personal security and self-defense are fundamental, and should not be infringed upon within our educational institutions.
