Students at the University of Georgia settled their first amendment lawsuit against their administration after a school official rewrote the policies. The current policies still maintain two free speech areas on campus but allow for spontaneous speech elsewhere on campus under certain circumstances. While more reform will be necessary, this small step is a victory and gives hope for more to come.
